Rubber molding needs added in the shower to prevent water from lying on tile flooring.
Washing machine sounds in need of repair.

The condo was super clean, comfortable and located perfectly for our purposes. However, there was a HUGE jackhammer in the property next door (the balcony looks down on it) that was operated everyday from 8am until 5pm. It was so loud that you could hear it inside the condo, and it made sitting outside impossible. I had a splitting headache after about a half hour trying to sit outside with AirPods in. It was raining, so it really was a huge bummer that we couldn’t utilize the covered balcony.
The only other complaint I have is that the tv’s were really hard to use. And, the wifi was so weak that we really couldn’t stream anything. We gave up after a few hours and watched on a laptop using our cellular hotspot.
