Great place to stay. Very cozy, felt like home. The hot tub was a nice addition to enjoy a coffee on a rainy morning.

Great location and easy to communicate.

Great location located within minutes to the majority of Brokenbow and Hochatown sites! Place was well well stocked and organized but could use some attention to general maintenance, as the place is starting to show wear in several areas (fridge, jacuzzi, horseshoes, etc.) Curled rug on the floor and loose third step were potential tripping hazards. Regardless we made it work, and everyone had a great time.
