About this house rental
Large barn doors, rustic iron fixtures, beautiful hardwood flooring, and wood accent paneling create a welcoming cabin feel to this spacious living space. Three bedrooms and one additional Folding bed available (must be assembled by guest) for use to sleep 8 total guests. Fully furnished with One Queen, two twins, one full folded bed, and comfortable bedding. Outdoor hot tub is seasonal. Fire pit is available all year round (must provide your own fire wood).
Outdoor space include a large comfortable covered and screened in porch and a two tiered deck for entertaining.
Guests have excess to the entire unit, minus the garage. This includes bedrooms, kitchen, living room, family room, dining room, front door entryway, laundry room, downstairs 1/2 bath, screened patio, yard, and fire pit.
Simply press the lock button on the keypad to lock front door.
The best way to contact your host is by calling or texting the number provided in messaging once booking is confirmed.
Shopping, public transportation, and restaurants are all located within 15 minutes or less.
Property is centrally located to local hospitals, colleges, and army base. Public bus route starts about 7 minutes down the street on the main road, Ramsey Street.

Two Screws used for assembly of double folding bed as well as instructions for assembly is kept in top left drawer of Master bedrooms vanity shelf/sink.
Pond rocks are slippery!!! Please do not walk on Pond rocks and other rocks located around the pond, or use as a pathway. It Is also not suitable for small children to use or be near water features. Underaged individuals must be supervised at all times in the backyard.
Please keep security system plugged in at all times to avoid host having to come to reconnect it or ultimately cancellation of stay.

Zen Garden is a nice property that is probably great in non Winter seasons when you can enjoy the outside space.Property is spacious and clean, and the owner is very responsive.There are a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed, such as front porch light not working, but overall, it a pretty good choice.

This home was as described and served our needs for a quiet family weekend. I wished we visited in the early summer when the garden was in full bloom.

Location was pretty great but there were a few things that were far from par. The refrigerator is basically inoperable and will not keep anything cold. The dresser wouldn’t keep things frozen either. There is a small fridge out on the porch that worked well but it’s very small. The air upstairs was basically useless until we checked the filters and it appeared they had not been replaced in many years! We removed them to get flow and within a couple hours the upstairs cooled down enough for sleep. Water pressure was weak in Al the showers. The place was clean and again the location was pretty nice, but I will say maintenance was very poor!
