This oceanfront condo offers a truly lovely setting for your Atlantic Beach vacation, with beautiful views of the ocean and the manicured grounds of Sands Villa Resort.
This condo has been renovated from top to bottom, with new cabinetry and granite surfaces throughout. Enjoy new appliances, new fixtures, new tile, and LVS flooring with new shutters and vertical blind window treatments. There are four HDTVs (including a 50-inch Smart TV in the living room), DVD players in every bedroom, an upgraded cable package, and free WiFi as well.
On the grounds of the resort, you'll find amenities and conveniences that include indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an exercise room, tennis and basketball courts, a playground, a courtyard with grills, and elevators for easy access.

Sands Villa is a wonderful complex, with good access to a very wide and quiet beach, two pools, two tennis courts and other amenities. Unit 221 is nicely decorated, with a great view of the dunes and beach. This is the second year we have rented this unit as part of our annual family beach week and we definitely will include it in our future plans.
