The Coco Cottage is a charming home located on a quiet street with direct public beach access and parking. Be at the beach in five minutes by opting to rent the Golf Cart that is battery operated & street legal with a license plate already registered for beach parking.

Enjoy the ease of vacationing on the island in a recently upgraded ranch home. This cottage with coastal décor sleeps 8 and boasts a sleek full kitchen, has TVs in 2 living spaces & each bedroom, plus a fenced backyard for your family and dog to enjoy. A stroll to the beach is about 10 minutes on foot with various dining and shopping options along the way. Nearby is the Oak Island Pier for fishing or watching an amazing OKI sunset. Also, just steps away, the intercostal waterway is accessible for fishing, crabbing, wildlife watching and small boat launches. Just down the road explore Caswell Beach, Oak Island Light House or tee off at the Oak Island Golf Course.

In the evenings kick back on the sectional and stream shows on the smart TV in the contemporary living area. Prepare fresh meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring sleek stone countertops, a farm sink, and an array of helpful appliances and gadgets. Gather for mealtime around the dining table in the kitchen. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi, games & puzzles for rainy days and a full-size washer/dryer.

A flex room offers a drop-leaf table that can fold into a console table for work at home options or extend into a table for dining or family game night. Stackable chairs can be tucked away in the corner when not in use. The flex room also provides sleeping options with a twin daybed and trundle. This space can also be used to lounge and watch movies on the smart TV. The connected bathroom offers a walk-in shower with a luxurious body spray shower system.

Find comfort in the primary suite, with a king bed, smart TV, and an en-suite half bath. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a smart TV, while the third bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds and a TV. The guest bathroom holds a tub/shower combination.

The fully fenced backyard is perfect for dog owners. Sip morning coffee on the deck, featuring a patio set with ample seating, tables, and a large deck umbrella. In the evening, keep mealtime simple with a cookout on the gas grill and gather around the large picnic table. A storage shed provides lawn games, beach toys, folding chairs and shade equipment that renters are welcome to use. After a day at the beach, you can wash off the salt and sand in the private outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

THINGS TO KNOW
A four-passenger golf cart is available for guests at an additional charge of $350 per week, or $50 per day for shorter reservations. The rental must be for the entire length of the reservation. The guest will need to sign the Golf Cart Liability waiver form. The golf cart comes with an Oak Island parking pass which is a value worth $80 per week.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
