Beach House, Salt Water Pool, Outdoor Kitchen, Tiki Bar & optional Guest House

This property was amazing. The house and guesthouse were well equipped with all the creature comforts! They were both very clean. Beds were comfortable and bedding was clean and cozy! The Kitchen was also well equipped and spacious. The guest house is such a nice addition providing privacy for adults while the main house is great for a family. I had multiple guest come and go while I was there( adults children couples) it was amazing for all combinations of guests. I WILL be renting this home again! Loved the Tiki bar and outdoor kitchen Definitely a great vacation home Owner was incredible and available!

This is a lovely and well-appointed home. The kitchen is easy to work in, having everything on hand to prepare and enjoy a meal. The comfortable pool area and Tiki Bar offer all the fun you could want without leaving the property. The owners are easy to communicate with, delightful, and swift to resolve anything that may come up. You can't miss. Two thumbs up.

This property has everything you need,it is clean, comfortable and in a great location. We felt like we were at home during our 1 month stay. Bill and Kathy’s home was provisioned with everything we needed. We were able to barbecue and prepare family meals with ease. The location is walkable to Atlantic Ave shops, restaurants and Starbucks. It is walking distance to a beach but it might be a challenge if you are carrying beach gear. It would be an easy bike ride to the beach. 2nd St has a well marked bike lane. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with wonderful neighbors. The back yard is the perfect oasis. The pool was heaven with plenty of options for shade. The new tiki bar was the perfect spot to watch the game with a cold beverage. This house feels like a home it is so comfortable and welcoming we hated to leave and can’t wait to come back.

As beautiful as the photos are online, the home is even more beautiful in person. The back yard was like an oasis with the pool, outdoor furniture, lounge chairs, umbrellas, tiki bar and fire pit! The inside was immaculate and very nicely decorated and furnished. Everything you possibly needed was supplied. The hosts Kathleen and William Barrett were extremely nice, helpful, and responded to all inquiries quickly. Would love to go back again.
