Completely renovated in late 2021.
Sleeps 8 with an extra sleeper sofa in the den. Ocean views from ALL bedrooms and living room, with private balcony extending from the living room to the primary suite.

Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and modern appliances

Primary oceanfront suite has King bed and large bath with walk in shower, garden tub and his and her double vanity. Guest Suite has queen bed and private full bath. Third bedroom has twin over full bunk bed with trundle bed,and is across from large full guest bath.
Smart TVs and walk-in closets in all bedrooms.



The Sanibel building sits on the border of the traffic free beach so with just a few steps you can avoid any cars driving by while you are playing in the sun.

Take a stroll down the beach to Sunglow Fishing Pier and Crabby Joes Restaurant for cocktails over the ocean and Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner,
or visit one of the many waterfront restaurants nearby. Just a 5 minute drive to the Historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and a one hour drive to Historic St. Augustine, Cape Canaveral, and all major theme parks.

Building amenities include sparkling oceanfront pool, oceanfront hot tub,
gym, club room with pool table, and community grill.

Secured entrance to the building as well as secured underground parking for one car per unit. Upper open parking deck is first come first served. 2 Car Max per unit

Sorry the Sanibel building has a no pet policy

Sanibel is a one week minimum rental building with Sat to Sat bookings only please in the months of June and July! Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.
