UPDATE: The landscaping, grounds and fountain are still undergoing repairs. The beach is open and as beautiful as ever! The pool remains closed and our rates have been adjusted accordingly. Please pardon the island's appearance as it recovers from recent hurricanes.
Prepare to be impressed by the stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico from this beachfront unit at the desirable Riviera Club. With the tropical view from the fifth floor, you won't want to leave. This comfortable condo located towards the south end of the island provides the perfect balance of convenience and will be everything you need for a perfect beach vacation!
As you enter the unit, look to the right and you will find a well equipped kitchen to be the perfect place to prepare a meal. Enjoy dining at the kitchen island or at the table in the dining area as you relish the view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room has comfortable furniture with a smart TV ready for you to sign in with your streaming service. The split floor plan offers a main bedroom with a comfortable King size bed that enjoys even more tropical views and a private ensuite bathroom.
At the other end of the unit you will find the second bedroom with two twin beds which shares easy access to the full guest bathroom. Adjacent is a quiet office space perfect for getting some work done when not at play. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer located inside of the unit.
Sip your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the screened lanai as you enjoy the warm Florida breeze and mesmerizing beach view. Listen to the sound of the Gulf waters lapping the white sandy beach as you plan your next day in paradise.
Head straight to the Gulf to enjoy the warm, turquoise water and white sandy beaches of Southwest Florida.
Located towards the south end of Estero Island, you will find the Riviera Club to be ideally positioned. Grab breakfast, lunch or a waterfront seafood dinner before stopping for an ice cream and doing some window shopping at Santini Plaza (expected to reopen Fall 2024). Publix Supermarket is located just a short drive away or head off the island to Wal-Mart, Aldi or Target for your grocery needs.
Times Square is about 5 miles North where you will find bustling restaurants and bars that have reopened since Hurricane Ian. Drive south for just a few minutes to Lover's Key State Park and enjoy the breathtaking nature and beauty the park has to offer. Take pleasure in the endless recreational activities of Florida's Paradise Coast such as golfing, water-sports and wildlife watching. Complete the day by watching the sun disappear into the Gulf of Mexico. Head to downtown Fort Myers, the City of Palms, for a dose of history and some nightlife.

This unit was just flipped, everything was brand new. Enjoyed the sun sets! Beach was in good shape. There is a beach sand reclaim project going on. It was moving fast should be done early spring/summer.Dining out was disappointing. All the restaurants in Santini Plaza were closed. If you want to eat out you can go to Fresh Ketch at mid island...great fish there but very crowded. If you wanted to eat dinner at Ft Myers beach...plan on a one-hour traffic delay. There was some road construction that was completed but still had a one-hour delay.There are plans for 2026 to have at least 2 restaurants open at Santini Plaza, Pinchers and another one. I would be surprised if they were open at the beginning of 2026... Construction is very slow. If going to Lovers Key or Banita beach... the Big Carlos Bridge is under construction. Some delays there.For 2026, I would not pay the price increase. The unit is ok but the surrounding construction and lack of restaurants does not justify the 2026 price increase.I would recommend to the owner to keep the price the same for 2026.

I can’t express enough how every part of our stay was wonderful. The communication was incredible with the property owner. How they have thought of everything you could need for your vacation. The remodel is beautiful and the view is just the icing on the cake. Highly recommend!
