About this house rental

This amazing contemporary ocean front property features high-end finishes and appliances with unique designer touches. The homes has been recently remodeled. It boasts sweeping views of the ocean, beach, and Tomales Bay. Additionally, the location is wonderful, being only a few minutes’ walk to the beach path on Kailua Way.
You enter a room filled with windows that frame the views of Dillon Beach and Tomales Head. The spacious and bright great room is an open concept and connects to a big deck positioned over the ocean. A big glass top table supported by a massive tree root base defines the expansive area. The designer - gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, two ovens, a gas burner with hood, and a massive island with a wraparound countertop and seating for six. On the main level, there are four bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. Two of the bedrooms feature built-in vanities with sinks, while the other two feature full bathrooms.
The main bathroom is located at the end of the corridor that connects the bedrooms. The bottom level features another fantastic room complete with a smaller kitchenette, poker table, and sitting area along with a sofa sleeper and a very large flat screen television. Another room has been designated as a children's bunk room, complete with four bunk beds and a full bath with shower. The residence features a hot tub located on the deck which overlooks the ocean.
We feel that this home one of the best Vacation Rentals in all of Dillon Beach.

This is a beautiful, spacious house, with an amazing view.We had a lovely time here, from admiring the panoramic view to walking the trails and stopping at the general store for coffee and soft-serve. Everything was just perfect

Amazing stay at Dillion Beach for my son’s wedding at The Haven at Tomales. I rented 3 houses all together for out of town family. The place was perfect, clean, and well stocked. Was a perfect stay.

It was an amazing stay at Bikini Bottom. Breathtaking ocean views from the living area. We even saw a whale! Well appointed kitchen. Comfy bedrooms. The kids loved the bunkbed room and having their own space downstairs. Though no neighborhood sidewalks, the streets are very walkable to the beach. Great communication from Host Linda. So much fun! The property had enough rooms and bathrooms for 11 of us! The hot tub was relaxing, the house was clean, right on the ocean with views of deer. Super easy check in and out process! Would stay again 10/10!

Breath-taking views and a beautifully appointed home. With lots of amenities and a fully-equipped kitchen, our group of five girls’ getaway was made even more relaxing. Our only regret was leaving a box of pastries on the kitchen counter overnight and waking to it being covered in ants. Not a big deal. Lesson learned, and other sweet items were put in the fridge. We plan to return soon and will also refer this location to our friends looking for a fantastic spot to relax.

This property is beyond gorgeous. The views are breathtaking. The decor is beautiful and was stocked with everything we could conceive of needing. The beach access is just down the road. I’m very particular about cleanliness and this home gets top ratings there too. Communication with Linda was top notch. We were experiencing a storm that weekend and she dropped by to provide us with lanterns and flashlights just in case the power went out. In short, my family (immediate family, parents, and sister’s family) had an excellent time and we will be sure to come back. Our stay at this property made the start to our holiday season beyond memorable.

The location of the property with its panoramic views of the Pacific, Point Reys and Dillon Beach were exactly what my family needed as we were having a remembrance of my father who just passed. The close walk to the beach also a huge plus. The kitchen was extremely well appointed and the open plan made it easy to cook collectively and visit with the other guests at the same time, the beds were very comfortable, living area cozy and the deck spectacular. We will definitely come back!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Aside from the view being stunning to watch the sunset from and wake up to every morning, the house and host were clear with communication, left easy-to follow instructions and the check-out process was so much more reasonable than some places I have stayed at in the past. Family flew from Idaho and New York to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday and this place made the trek ALL worth it! Everyone had their own room and the 4 bathrooms were perfect. We enjoyed the jacuzzi (towels were right inside in the house), worked on a puzzle (one of several games), made all our meals (huge kitchen with all the amenities), hit the beach (perfectly close by), lazed on the large couch (room for everyone), and couldn't stop staring at the view (overlooks the ocean). Check in could not have been easier and checkout was the same. We lived like rock stars for our 3 days!! Thank you thank for sharing such an amazing home!!

We came with some friends and their kids and it was perfect for our group. The area downstairs is perfect for kids and we were able to play games while they played games downstairs and everyone had a great time. This beautiful property exceeded our expectations in so many ways! I HIGHLY recommend staying here. Pictures cannot do the house or the views justice. The property itself is spacious, stocked with all the essentials and more. It has gorgeous finishes with beautiful decor and furniture. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood set on a cliff with endless ocean views and breathtaking sunsets. It's an easy 10 minute walk to Dillon Beach which was clean and not too crowded. It's also not too far from a few great restaurants and general store. The house is very spacious with floor to ceiling windows so you don't miss the view even when you're inside. There are two large kitchens, plenty of bedrooms, comfortable mattresses, multiple bathrooms and sinks in the rooms without bathrooms for washing up and brushing. We were there on a girls trip with 12 women and had plenty of space to gather together or take a few minutes to ourselves on the swinging hammock chairs downstairs or the deck upstairs, cozy swivel chair in the family room or comfortable bedrooms. The property management team was great. This was truly a trip to remember and I plan to vacation here again soon.
