About this house rental
This amazing contemporary ocean front property features high-end finishes and appliances with unique designer touches. The homes has been recently remodeled. It boasts sweeping views of the ocean, beach, and Tomales Bay. Additionally, the location is wonderful, being only a few minutes’ walk to the beach path on Kailua Way.
You enter a room filled with windows that frame the views of Dillon Beach and Tomales Head. The spacious and bright great room is an open concept and connects to a big deck positioned over the ocean. A big glass top table supported by a massive tree root base defines the expansive area. The designer - gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, two ovens, a gas burner with hood, and a massive island with a wraparound countertop and seating for six. On the main level, there are four bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. Two of the bedrooms feature built-in vanities with sinks, while the other two feature full bathrooms.
The main bathroom is located at the end of the corridor that connects the bedrooms. The bottom level features another fantastic room complete with a smaller kitchenette, poker table, and sitting area along with a sofa sleeper and a very large flat screen television. Another room has been designated as a children's bunk room, complete with four bunk beds and a full bath with shower. The residence features a hot tub located on the deck which overlooks the ocean.
We feel that this home one of the best Vacation Rentals in all of Dillon Beach.

**We do not allow boats, campers, RV'S, trailers to park in the driveway at this vacation rental

Weddings, receptions, etc. We limit the number of guests at any given time to stay at this vacation rental to 12 people. This vacation rental is located within a HOA with security personnel on patrol 24/7 we have to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the HOA.

It perfectly accommodated our family trip to Dillion Beach. Gorgeous view for those happy to stay home, & easy walk for those who wanted to fish & play on the beach. Kitchen is well stocked. Loved the large table so everyone could eat & play games together. Lots of room to spread out.

Breathtaking views!! The house had plenty of rooms for our big group and the host was amazing as well! We will definitely be back again

Beautiful view. Host was very responsive. House was very clean. Kitchen fully stocked. Refrigerator was not working. Called host and a repair man was sent out within the hour. Unfortunately a new fridge was needed and would not happen during our stay. But there is a fridge downstairs but unfortunately that one wasn’t working optimally either. Our ice cream was ruined!! Not all the burners on the stove worked and the oven did not work at all. Fortunately there was another smaller wall oven that did work but the broiler on that oven did not work. Linda was very apologetic about all of this and kept in contact with us which I really appreciated. The final coup de grâce was the smoke alarms going off early morning in our last day. Never figured out why but fortunately Linda called us before the fire department was dispatched!!
