Cute spot. Little far from the main NYC core, but it was close to some very robust bus systems. Place was comfortable and well-furnished. The NYC skyline was also a very short walk from the apartment, and it was gorgeous. The host was also very communicative. If you are seeking to visit NYC while saving money, and you're okay with a decent 45 minute public transit to get into/out of the city, it's a great spot.
Only issue is that the couch (which functioned as our second bed) was not in great shape, and in need of repair. The extendable, pull-out side of the bed would collapse under minimal pressure. Therefore, sleeping on it definitely wasn't the most comfortable experience. There was also a lack of quality pillows. Unfortunately, both of these factors led to some uncomfortable sleeps - especially for whoever was on the couch.
In all, though, the place is quality. Good, and would be great with some repairs to the couch and better pillows.

Great little place in a quiet neighborhood after spending the day in NYC. Apollo and his wife are very communicative and polite. Would stay again!
