Nestled within the Emerald Island community, this 3BR/2.5BA townhome presents the perfect fusion of comfort and convenience. Located just 5 minutes from the magic of Walt Disney World, your getaway also offers a renovated interior and a TV in every bedroom.
Amazing amenities include a heated pool, spa, tiki bar, fitness center, sauna, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, nature trails, playgrounds, and a clubhouse with a business center.
LIVING AREA
Featuring high ceilings and picture windows, the open-concept living area also has a Roku TV and a reclining sectional sofa.
KITCHEN & DINING
A full suite of stainless steel appliances and granite countertops gleam in the well-appointed kitchen.
Keep the chef company at the two-person kitchen bar. When it’s time to dine, the table seats six.
BED & BATH
This two-story townhome sleeps six guests between three bedrooms.
Sleep soundly on the king-size bed in the primary bedroom, which also has a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Two additional bedrooms are each furnished with two twin-size beds and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
A half bath provides added convenience.

A small patio faces a shared yard space.

My family loved the community, from the basketball court, clean pools, and mini golf. The house we stayed in had fans in the room and that helped so much because we are use to sleeping with the sound of a fan. It was the small touches that made the stay worth it.

Easy drive to Disney parks. Nice condo and clean. Twin beds are not the most comfortable and could use an upgrade. Other than that, stay was nice and pleasant. Would stay here again.

I called MiCasa 2 times because we had problems with the TV connection. They said they would send someone to look at it and no one ever showed up. Therefore we were without NetFlix or other TV applications unable to watch any movies,
