Inside, you’ll find two fully equipped kitchens featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed for everything from casual breakfasts to group dinners. The open-concept living and dining areas are bright and welcoming, with seating for gathering, shared meals, or slow evenings in.
Each side of the home offers:
3 bedrooms (6 total across the home)
A mix of well-appointed sleeping spaces, including comfortable king and queen beds and queen sleeper sofas
Spacious living areas with large sliding glass doors that open to private patios
Step outside to enjoy two private patio spaces, each complete with comfortable seating, a gas firepit, and a grill—perfect for summer nights, morning coffee, or gathering after a day exploring the peninsula.
Fast WiFi is available throughout, whether you’re streaming, working remotely, or simply staying connected.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at the Flats. We came for my son’s wedding and rented both 3 bedroom units. Each was beautifully furnished and very clean! There was more than enough blankets, pillows and towels. Having a washer and dryer came in clutch a couple times too. We absolutely loved having the outdoor seating and fire pit to enjoy our evenings together. 100% would recommend! They even texted me that we left something behind and we were about to go back and retrieve it before heading out of town. Top notch service!

The flats are in a wonderful location! The little downtown area is so cute with some fun nightlife at a few of the bars! We enjoyed coffee, dinner, and more in Egg Harbor! The flat itself had more than enough room for 8 people! The bathroom are spacious, which was important with all girls! The kitchen island was perfect for a common space to eat/drink and laugh! I hope to be back soon in the summer!

An inviting clean space. Plenty of room for everyone. Well stocked with the essentials. Beautiful decor. Used the gas grill to make steaks. Enjoyed the outdoor gas fireplace. Made for a great family vacation in beautiful door county!

We had both sides of the duplex building for 12 people. Everything was perfect! The kitchens had lots of extras like spices, cooking oil, and flour. Easy checkout as really nothing was required other than locking the doors on our way out. Four parking spaces were provided and lots of on street parking was available next to the property. Beautiful new units with large dining table that accommodated all of us in one unit. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We would have loved to use the large patio, gas fires, and huge sliding patio doors, so we will have to return in the summer.
