We had a wonderful stay at this home in Aspen. The host and management company were extremely efficient and excellent communicators — they provided all the details we needed and made everything seamless from start to finish. The house was perfect for our family, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. While the decor is a bit dated, it was easy to overlook given the size of the home and its beautiful location in Aspen. Overall, a great experience and a fantastic spot for our getaway.

There was plenty of room, clean, and in a great area. I wasnt sure if there was A/C so it was pretty warm during the day, but we were put and about for most of our trip, so no big deal.Thank you for hosting!

The house was spacious and in a great location, but we ran into many issues while staying there. The icemaker in the freezer of the refrigerator didn't work and random things were broken throughout the house. There were no ice trays in the freezer, so when we reached out to Vacasa about no ice they told us to go buy a bag of ice, however they did refund a tiny portion of our stay because of it. Floors in the kitchen were sticky so we had to wear shoes, and the cleanliness in general wasn't great. Very old furniture and decor, so everything was dusty. A couple of people got accidentally locked out on the patio twice during the stay, and one of the times they had to crawl down from the balcony to free themselves because there are no stairs. The twin beds downstairs were uncomfortable and the sheets were "terrible" from what I was told. When we went to start a load of laundry when leaving, the detergent was extremely watered down which is concerning for sanitary reasons. The Vacasa team was easy to work with and quick to help, but the house itself was not very comfortable to stay in.
