The host was truly wonderful, showing genuine care and kindness. She kindly recommended some lovely eateries during our stay, reflecting her thoughtful heart. The condo was beautiful and spotless, and the view of the beach was simply breathtaking, adding to the comfort and warmth of our experience. I look forward to booking again next year.

We had a great stay at the Pelican Beach Resort! Our hosts were very accommodating and their fourth floor condo was very conveniently located to the elevator and the resort’s many amenities. We liked how centrally located it was to the Destin area’s many restaurants and shopping. We would recommend it highly and hope to return in the near future!

The hosts were very responsive. Sometimes within minutes. We spent 3 nights in Jan. 2026. The photos that you see online are accurate. Which isn’t always the case. All the furniture and appliances were top notch. The view was awesome. This is the best VRBO I have ever rented. You wouldn’t regret renting this condo. Thanks Epsi

The beach and the emerald, green water were the highlight. The condo on the 4th floor overlooking the beach was awesome as well as the property managers. The property overall is in much need of updating/renovation. The condo nice but also could use an update. The volume of people versus the lobby space and elevators needs addressing. The traffic in Destin is horrendous.
