This luxury cabin is very much a place you'd want to brag about and come back to. The location is great if you're looking for peace and quiet (as we were). The view at night as the sun set was priceless. We loved having a cold drink by the hot tub during this time! This cabin is approx. 15-20 minutes away from two different towns that have restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and other shopping opportunities. Within an hours drive or so, there is many nice hiking spots with waterfalls in tranquil mountain settings. Two issues: the lighting outside attracts bugs like no other! Please invest in "bug lights". They won't keep all bugs away but they would greatly reduce the amount of them flying in ones face when opening the back doors to go outdoors in the evening. The second issue is that the cleaning crew seems to do the minimum. At first glance, the cabin looked fine but once we got settled in and unpacked, we realized there was dust nearly everywhere -- aside from obvious surfaces like countertops and furniture which seemed cleaned. The amount of spider webs we found both inside and outside was shocking. There was a big one in the downstairs shower (odd?) and the entire back porch on both the bottom and middle levels had large webs with active spider nests... to the point you didn't want to be out there or put your hands on any of the railing. This is a shame because the back section was so nice and peaceful. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the property and location!

We loved our stay!! We had plenty of room to be together and yet we had room to relax and have quiet time. Absolutely loved the outside fireplace!! We were there every evening! Appreciate the cleanliness of the home. Property management was quick to respond to getting our wood stocked up so we wouldn’t run out. Recommend this home for a relaxing vacation!!

Nice layout with perfect sunset view. A very dark home with minimal lighting and lights over stove not working. Dusty and cobwebs outside. No dining table in porch was noted and overall not a very contemporary feeling. Downstairs office instead of playroom/ entertainment area also noted. Will look at something else next year.
