Cute and simple! Exactly what we needed for our weekend. The parking was a tad difficult but other than that, close enough to the interstate to get everywhere quickly but far enough away from any major tourist areas to be quiet and relaxing.

This is a very convenient and cute converted second floor walk up apartment. It’s close to Wash U and Fontbonne on Big Bend Ave.The street is pretty busy.It takes about 30 minutes to walk to Francis Olympic Field. It was generally clean. I did note dust behind the pullout sofa bed in the living area and dust on that windowsill. Note that there is a steep flight of stairs to the apartment. The owner was kind to ask about snack preferences and left some snacks for us. She was easily reachable when I couldn’t figure out how to open the sofa bed. Suggest they provide a garbage can in the kitchen as the only receptacle was small and in the bathroom.Overall it was fine for a family visiting WashU. We did not bring a pet, but it seemed very pet friendly as there were 2 dog bowls left out and a container with dog biscuits.

My son and I had a great stay. All communication was great. Area is nice and convenient to downtown. Apartment was clean. City noises from streets at night are a reality but true of anywhere in the Lou or another city. Free parking in a well lit little lot right behind apartment. We will definitely rent again if we need a place to stay in StL.

Apartment pictures matched pictures on website. Convenient location. Apartment had all amenities listed on web. There was dog fur and human hair everywhere. Communication with the host was not as good as hoped.
