This first floor 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is centrally located in Ocean Villas1 with a spectacular golf course view and is only a 4 minute walk to Ocean Village’s private beach. Hutchison Island offers fabulous beaches, boating, great waterfront restaurants, and fishing.
Our unit has tile throughout, updated furnishings, a flat screen TV in both the living room and bedroom, a pullout sofa sleeper allowing you to sleep 4 in this unit, a large patio overlooking the golf course and pond, a king size bed, a walk-in shower and an extra vanity with sink.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, glasses, utensils, and blenders. There is also a fully stocked linen closet, so you won’t need to bring a thing. The closet includes everything you will need for the beach too, with beach chairs, umbrella, and towels.
We also provide high-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, microwave oven/stove, blow dryer, and dishwasher.
There are many amenities to choose from like:
a 9-hole executive golf course, 4 swimming pools, 5 pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, basketball, tennis, a brand new clubhouse, and a fully loaded gym. The pickle ball courts and boat ramps are located five minutes down the street.
The community has a 24-hr. manned security gate. There is a seven night minimum stay here. Free Parking! (MONTHLY RENTALS ONLY FROM JANUARY-MARCH)

Condo owner is easy to contact and helpful. Check- in was easy. The unit location is convenient to all activities at Ocean Village. However the condo needs a deep clean/TLC and updating.

The property was exactly as described. It was clean, well furnished and in a good location. They have a nice outdoor patio and beach furniture. We would stay there again!

The condo and host were spectacular; location was key for us near pool and beach with all necessities you need for some R&R in the sun. Close to restaurantswhether it waa dinner or appetizers & drinks.
