The only thing that will be different about the unit being pre-assigned is that you will not be able to make a request for a specific location preference within the resort.
** The state of Hawaii assesses an occupancy tax payable to the resort at checkout ranging between $10 and $50 per night based on the occupied villa type.
** Please make sure to check local travel requirements before you book and before you leave.
** Please note that the Main Super Pool will be closed for refurbishment from Aug. 2, 2027, to Dec. 10, 2027. During this time, the Lahaina Pool and Napili Tower Pool are open for your enjoyment. Thank you for your understanding as we make this important update.

The Hawaii Electric Company expects these precautions to remain in place on the Maui, Oahu, and Hawaii Islands for the foreseeable future. As noted, these outages could occur at any time and may last for up to one to three days.

the facility was more than what was described in the offering. The staff was more than helpful. The beaches were pristine . It was very accssable to all possible imenities. if I were to say anything ,it was quite populated by lots of little kids. It was all quite charming in the end.We will return for another visit .Perhaps when school is in session :)
