Aditiya Villa Seminyak is a private villa in the heart of oberoi. walking distance to seminyak square and seminyak village, Just 15 minutes to find beach club by scooter, 10 minutes walking distance to Petitenget beach, closed to many restaurants and supermarket but in the same time is on a quiet street, away from the noise of cars. Aditiya Villa has everything you need, large open dining area overlooking the pool and tropical garden to relax and feel at leisure

Beautiful property with everything you need. Location was perfect on a quiet residential street yet a few minutes walk into the centre of town. I would highly recommend staying here. Host was incredibly responsive too.

What an amazing place. The villa is close enough to all the shops, restaurants, supermarkets, etc but also feels so secluded when you close the gate so gives you the best of both worlds - the hustle and bustle of a beach town but lots of space to yourselves, no sharing a pool with hotel guests or being kept awake at night by them.
The beach is 10 mins walk away and only really gets busy at sunset.
The host was great and responded instantly if there was a question but left us alone at all other times. Nothing was too much trouble and she is a lovely, friendly person. We had a small issue with the TV (that we barely watched anyway) and she bought a new one the next day - how's that for service!
She can even arrange travel to/from the airport by a local driver (there is no way I'd rent a car on those busy, crazy Bali roads).
The kitchen, dining area and living room are outside which is brilliant in the evenings and when the kids wanted to be in the pool.
The water cooler is a very nice touch and meant that we didn't have to stock up on water ourselves, plus it was instantly cold.
The rooms are huge and all have AC in. 2 of the rooms have bathrooms attached.
If you are undecided whether to book here or not, just do it. You won't be disappointed

From booking the villa to leaving the villa I can not complain about anything
Dian the host was beyond helpful giving us tips and helping us book trips with the delightful Budi, arranging airport taxis and just an absolutely beautiful person inside and out
The location in Seminyak is also perfect 5 minutes to Seminyak square where there are lots of excellent restaurants and fantastic shopping also less than 10 minutes to the beautiful beach
The bedrooms are very spacious and air-con and WiFi superb
Kitchen area is outside which we had no issues with as really didn’t cook as so many fab places to eat all around..Cold Water dispenser was a lifesaver too 😊
Honestly can’t wait to go back just wish it wasn’t so far away from Scotland 😅
