About this apartment rental

I have a one bedroom one bath space available for all guests over the age of 21. I have available WiFi and cable for those that need it. There is also a pool available, and barbecue pit outside in the back.

Upon check in at this property, there were signs of a cockroach infestation and a live cockroach was seen in the kitchen. The apartment also was not clean. I chose not to stay at the property due to concerns over safety and cleanliness and the "owner" Jasmine only refunded a portion of the rental fee. Through some Google searching, I was able to find the property management company in charge of the apartment complex where this property is located (FPI Management). I spoke with a representative from FPI by the name of Adriana, who explained and verified by email for documentation that Jasmine rents the apartment and is not authorized to sublease the apartment. Please don't allow yourself to be scammed by this "owner" like I was.
