A three-acre manicured property and upscale interior are yours to enjoy. Wander the lush gardens, explore the woods, or relax by the garden-side firepit. The spacious deck has everything needed for sunset cookouts.
Four can share morning coffee at the butcher block kitchen bar. Then, settle in on the comfy sectional and screen a new film on the TV in the sun-soaked Great room, a social space with cathedral ceilings and a gas fireplace. Downstairs, the den is stocked with books and games. Comfy furniture, a desk, and a table offer plenty of space to socialize or read. A second living room is ideal for fun-filled game nights with a pool table, foosball, and ping-pong.
Fine tile work, granite countertops, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances line the high-end kitchen. Thanks to a gas range and a roomy French-door fridge, meal preparation is a breeze. Enjoy festive meals in the eight-person dining room when your recipes are ready.

The home itself is lovely and it was the perfect layout for our family. We were able to unwind and thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space, watching butterflies and hummingbirds from the front porch. The location is unbeatable, so private, yet close to the botanical gardens, aquarium and downtown Boothbay Harbor.One minor thing, and we were traveling with our dog, and we so appreciated being able to include him in our vacation. That said, with the property being dog friendly, it comes with some less desirable factors, i.e. the master bedroom had a strong wet dog odor. We weren't too bothered by it, as I said we're dog people, just thought I'd mention it for folks with an allergy/disinterest in sleeping in a room with a wet dog odor.

The home worked out perfect for our extended family and our 2 dogs. Each had their own living space and plenty of areas to hang out. The teenagers in the group liked the pool table, ping pong table and their separate space downstairs. The location was nice and convenient to Booth Bay. It was nice that there was an extra large dog crate if needed in a quiet alcove (we did not use). The only complain I have is the backyard which in completely fenced in was not mowed. I would recommend staying there, very little traffic and nicely decorated.

The house was fantastic! The space inside was perfect for our party of 9. It was only 7 minutes to downtown. The only concerns we had were minor. The outside landscaping was overgrown yet they came and mowed the day after we texted. The dogs were much happier when they could see the yard! Another warning is there is no access to the backyard from the upstairs deck. This made it hard to let the dogs out. Be warned that the water pressure in the showers made it had to wash long hair, so be prepared! In addition be prepared that the screened in porch is not securely screened in and mosquitoes can get in, so bring a zapper or spray. Lastly, the wifi with 5 teens and 4 adults was not strong enough to handle all the phones. Overall, we loved the size, location and the cleanliness and would recommend it despite minor issues listed above.
