About this house rental
Welcome to our home away from home. This perfect 3 bedroom 2 full bath home has four beds that will comfortably sleep 8 people. The great room and kitchen are open to the large covered and screened porch. Enjoy the beautiful open water view from inside or while relaxing on the porch. The master bedroom has a king size bed and it’s own full bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a full bed and double full bunk beds. These bedrooms share a full bathroom accessible directly from each room. There is also a pull out couch in the great room if you have that extra guest that needs a spot also. The large screen porch opens to a deck area for grilling or relaxing in the sun. The lake is a gentle walk from the house with a dock and deep water. Spend your vacation on the new dock installed this year. Bring your boat and enjoy all that Lake Hartwell has to offer. You are welcome to dock your boat / jet ski or rent a boat from a local boat rental location. Our home is located less than 2 minutes from Interstate 85 and only 1/4 mile from the closest boat access ramp. The local marina is close by with a fuel dock available. We are in close proximity to several local lake access restaurants and a 30 minute boat ride to go see the Clemson Tigers. Come enjoy a relaxing vacation on Lake Hartwell and make our home yours for the week!!

Please understand linens (sheets and pillowcases) for the beds and bath towels are not provided. Please bring your own.
Toilet paper has been provided in each bathroom and paper towels in the kitchen. Extra rolls will need to be purchased at the grocery store if your stay with us is over a few days.

Great place to stay for my son’s fishing tournament. Had everything as advertised, close to boat ramps, and ample parking for boat and trailer. Good calm water for boat slip too.

From the weather to the property itself, we couldn’t have had a better time. The living area and screened porch were very open, plenty of comfortable seating, stunning view of the lake. Level property, nice green/full lawn for corn hole, Bluetooth speakers on the BRAND NEW dock. The dock is fantastic, and even has a lowered bench you can sit on if you just want to put your feet in the water. Even while you’re doing the necessary evils of cleaning up dinner and such, you’re still able to be fully involved with the family happenings. Kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable, 4 mins from dollar general. The water at the dock is a solid 10-12 foot deep. I would highly recommend a golf cart for the transport from the house to the dock. Additionally
, the house is childproof. The owners must have a grand baby, because the cabinets are baby proofed and there aren’t any knick knacks. We felt very comfortable letting our 2.5 year old be free and explore. Bring some games, sunscreen, swimsuits, and get ready to have a good time! We will be back.

Loved this house and the views and the quiet. Checkin was easy. Unfortunately we did not find out until after we booked that we had to bring our own sheets, towels, any extra toilet paper, and our own paper towels and trash bags. I didn’t enjoy that surprise. Otherwise things were fine. I think it would be better to list in the listing all these things would be required before we booked or we would have stayed somewhere else. I’m glad we drove and didn’t fly or we would have not been in a good place.
