About this house rental
Harrison Heights is one of the newest developments on Schweitzer Mountain just a short 5 minute drive from the Village. This three story townhome welcomes you with gorgeous furnishings, large windows, a fully appointed kitchen, three warm and inviting bedrooms and a large covered deck with hot tub and BBQ.
As Idaho’s largest ski mountain, Schweitzer is one mile away and an IKON pass participant. Known as an incredible ski destination the mountain offers: 2900 acres of terrain, two huge bowls, fantastic tree skiing, terrain park, nordic trails, tubing, snowmobiling and a charming village community. In summer, get away from it all and enjoy Schweitzer’s hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, climbing wall and scenic chair lift rides.
At Harrison Heights 41 you’ll enjoy three bedrooms all ensuite. The main level is ideal for relaxation and entertaining with a large kitchen, dining area, living room with gas fireplace, tree’d nature views and an incredible deck with hot tub and large BBQ. An additional Murphy bed cabinet adds a fourth bed for kids and overflow guests.
Two parking areas available - one inside the garage and one outside. The garage offers plenty of space for ski gear and summer toys as well.
NOTE: This home has reliable high speed internet from Starlink.
No parties or events are allowed at this home.
Outside of winter, this home is available on a longer term basis from mid-April through mid-November. Looking for a chance to experience Schweitzer outside of ski season? This is a lovely property. It is located close to 3 trailheads. The property itself is well stocked from cooking equipment, bath towels and linens, a welcome package if you bring your dog, and etc. Really makes it easy for traveling

We had an enjoyable stay here, the place was clean, cozy and equipped with everything needed for a long ski weekend getaway. Location was perfect and the hot tub was a must after long days on the mountain. Management was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. Would stay here again.

Extremely well appointed kitchen and condo in general. Very cozy and relaxing with lots of privacy within. Easy and quick access to the ski hill as well as hiking/snowshoe trails. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We especially loved the forest right out the back door and watching the deer just a few yards away.
