Easy drive to Newport, Providence, Tiverton, Little Compton, Bristol, Warren and Fall River. Boston and Cape Cod are only an hour’s drive. Colt State Park, with its beautiful bike trails along the bay is only 10 minutes away. Only a short drive to near by vineyards.

Nice place. Clean. View is to die for. Fun kayaking out the back door. Downside: You can hear the owner a bit upstairs with family. Didn’t bother me. Had a plumbing problem but it got take care of within a few hours. All good.

This home is incredible. The location, view, home, cleanliness and especially the owners were all top notch. Very walkable for restaurants and grocery stores and farms are a short drive for fresh eggs and produce.
