Within a 10-minute radius you can reach Waterfront Park, stroll the Battery and the harbor promenade, or hop onto the Fort Sumter ferry. Don't sleep on local favorites such as Xiao Bao Biscuit, Southbound, Chubby Fish, and more.

With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

We had a small issue (not the property's fault) that needed clearing up when we checked in, and the contact person was prompt, professional, and generous when helping us clear it up - we would definitely atay here again!

Girls trip, 4 of us. Each with our own king bed private bedroom! Gorgeous decor, clean setting, easy code access, full kitchen, 3 full baths! Designated off site parking spot, easy to unload/load belongings out front in 30 minute parking spot. Short ride to downtown and waterfront. Only downside, was Unexpected, Loud and Lengthy work being done on (patio?) area Directly outside of our entryway and private porch. We had to navigate our way around and over equipment and bags of gravel. Then, after settling in, tried to enjoy the fantastic porch area and chat, but that attempt was ruined. Had no idea this would be taking place during our one day and overnight there. Owner was notified of this disappointing experience. Apology was expressed, but, conversation was all that was shared. Other than this unfortunate situation, we loved the rental.
