About this house rental
NEW! Cozy 2-bedroom home with a 3rd sleeping office area in the highly desirable South Miami area. Just 1 block from South Miami Hospital and easy walking to Metrorail station & downtown South Miami/Coral Gables shops, restaurants, grocery stores, bars, spas, and more. New appliances, new kitchen, beautifully furnished. 2 Bedrooms each with queen beds. Living room/dining room & a separate office with a sleeper sofa. There is a huge backyard. Free parking. This house is so cute!
This house has just been designed and furnished with all new materials. It is a fun setup perfect for family gatherings. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an office that has a desk and a sofa bed. We have a laundry room and a full kitchen stocked with everything you will need for long-term stays. The backyard is gigantic with lush trees and a BBQ. House is cooled with a central AC unit.
We stock the house with a starter kit of supplies such as toilet paper, dishwashing pods, laundry pods, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, paper towels, and other amenities. There are many stores nearby if you require additional items. We can also offer a cleaning service and restocking of house supplies for an additional cleaning fee.

Pee pads are not allowed inside the house. We have special couch covers that must be used to protect the white couches if animals will be on the property.

Nice place to stay. Had almost everything we needed. I would suggest adding a bath mat as the floor is very slippery, and perhaps upgrading some of the towels/wash cloths. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay with our girls (schnauzers) and appreciated being able to bring them along. We saw a lot of peacocks, and they were lovely. Although close to the hospital and the rail, the area was relatively quiet.

Perfect place for a couple looking for easy access to all Miami has to offer but a quiet refuge from all Miami has to offer. Host ensured everything was ready when we arrived and the unit is fully supplied. Recommend it highly

We spent a wonderful stay in the house, it has everything you need. Nicolette is very responsible and she brought us a new coffee machine very quickly. The only bug is the noise of the HVAC.

Home is located on a busy street which is next to the Metrorail train station. The noise from the train was a constant every 10 minutes. I feel that if you are advertising your property as "clean" then that is the expectation! The property was not clean! They ask for a photo ID in advance but I would hope that seeing who's staying there would or should not determine how nor if you are going to clean!!! The floors have stains of old dirt & grime, the bath tub has rust, and the washer has detergent buildup around the dispenser. Just a few noticeable things which set the tone for the stay. I think the food items they have stocked should be checked & refreshed after each stay because there are now little bugs crawling from the cabinets due to sugar and different spices that have been left open. Just a bit more elbow grease and love put into this place would've made me give it another star or two!!! Otherwise, we were only there for 5 days and had no other issues. Wish I could upload pics and videos here!
