Cozy Two Bedroom Bungalow- <br>In walking distance to a great time

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was cozy, comfortable, and stocked with so many thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home.The location was one of our favorite parts. It’s within walking distance of charming shops, restaurants, and a few cute spots to hang out. There was even a special weekend event in the nearby park walking distance from the house. It’s also only about 10 minutes from the interstate, making it easy to get to Concord Mills and explore the surrounding area.If you’re looking for a relaxing place that’s both peaceful and conveniently located, this cottage is a great choice. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was great at the house. The rental did have a few issues that were caused by previous renters and Doug did inform us. Unfortunately as we arrived to make reservations for a restaurant we found out the town was shut down due to a water issue so nothing was available. As far as walking distance to enjoy the nightlife it is walkable but it would have been a decent walk due to ongoing construction where they have cut the road out. We hate we were not able to explore the town due to the unfortunate circumstances but overall the house is nice and cozy. I will note there was one neighbor that came up to us begging for money. Outside of that it was a good experience and the neighbors were friendly. Great host!

Kitchen could use a couple of non stick ceramic skillets. Hot tub currently wasn't working, but that was ok with us.

Great little house. Old charm but modernized and really well designed and decorated. Very clean, close to town and great communication with host. We were in town for a dance competition and this place was perfect as a home base.
