About this apartment rental
Located within the world famous Innisbrook golf resort and its four champion courses known for hosting the Valspar tournament every year, this listed property is a studio condominium. Within the gated community which features twenty-four hour security, the condo is located next to the Copperhead 18th hole which is a short walk away. This studio condo features a queen sized bed, as well as a queen sleeper couch located in the common room which allows the property to accommodate up to four adult guests. Featuring fast Wi-Fi, two TV's, free spectrum cable and two roku's to utilize your streaming services. Kitchen comes fully stocked with utensils and includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, and microwave. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower with included amenities such as shampoo, soap, etc. The condo also features full size washers and dryers, as well as an ice machine down the hall where you can do your laundry for free. Free parking is in the parking lot right outside your condo. The property further features well renowned restaurants and bars on site: The Market Salamander Grille which features a wide variety of food and beautiful indoor and outdoor seating, as well as acclaimed Packard's Steakhouse, which is a fine dining restaurant and one of the best Steakhouses in the area.

Nice and quiet condo! Comfy and cozy and easy to relax in. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is a studio apartment but has a divider to make it feel like the bedroom is a separate room. I stayed by myself for an on site conference and it was perfect!

Nice little cozy place on a very well-kept, nice property. The condo was fully stocked with anything and everything you could need. The owner presents friendly, communicates, and instructions are simple from checking in to checking out (just leave). We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony in the AM. It was quiet and peaceful the entire time. No riff-raff, and very friendly folks throughout the property. We felt safe and secure. Thanks Corey!

Older decently kept up. There were 4 primary issues:We arrived after dark and unless you intimately know your way around it was very difficult to find the unit.1) There are no elevators so we needed to carry/drag our suitcases up/down several flights of stairs2) From 6 am to dark 7 days a week there are construction and maintenance vehicles driving in front of our unit requiring the doors be closed all the time also making sitting on the patio area aggravating3) There is no real info on how to use/ pay for use of the grounds/ facilities and employees are not interested in helping VRBO tenants vs ones booked through the resort
