Everything was better than expected. The pictures truly do not do this property Justice. We had an amazing time. Can definitely see renting again.

We had a great time at this property. The outdoor space was wonderful for our family reunion. The pool and hot tub are awesome. There is an outdoor kitchen and plenty of shade. The house is great and comes equipped with everything needed from beach towels to coffee and paper products. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet and centrally located. Our kids loved visiting the horses in the nearby stables.

I really loved the property and communication with the home owner. This is a wonderful stay for family and we enjoyed every minute of it. The pool is beautiful. The property is on a horse ranch with plenty of walking trails if you want to explore a little. Loved the stay and will look forward to coming back

After spending an entire trip initially dealing with ants throughout the kitchen upon arrival, and many broken/non functional things, the main issue in this rental was the owner, Putu, after spending the entire trip dealing with ants, broken sinks/faucets, no working dishwasher, washing dishes for tour entire vacation, and no washer and dryer (oh yeah, there is none unless they let you use the one in the garage—they did after 3 days).. we get a text from the owner that there was damage to a blind in the family room. When we arrived we noted a large hole in the window blind in the family room. I took a picture 8:09am the morning of our arrival (we got in late the night prior). Since we were busy contending w/ants everywhere in the kitchen, we were less concerned with telling the owners about damage we presumed they knew about.So 1-2 hours after leaving the house, PUTU TEXTS ME TO SAY WE HAD DAMAGED THE WINDOW BLIND. WE RELAYED IT WAS THERE UPON ARRIVAL. AFTER A FEW TEXTS BACK AND FORTH STATING IT WAS THERE ALREADY (LOOKS LIKE A DOG CHEWED THROUGH THE BLIND OR SOMETHING THROWN AT IT), WE GET AN EMAIL FROM THE TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE CO. WE PURCHASED FOR $79 THAT THERE WAS A $2000 CLAIM FOR DAMAGES TO THE BLINDS THAT WAS THERE UPON OUR ARRIVAL. I CALLED THEM AND SAID THEY WILL LOOK INTO.. THEY SEEM UNLIKELY TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS FRAUDULENT CLAIM FOR DAMAGES THAT PRE-DATED OUR STAY..THIS IS INSURANCE FRAUD… EITHER THEIR HOUSEKEEPERS DIDN’T SEE IT (WHO OWNER STATES “WILL SAY WE DID IT” (LYING ABOUT IT)) OR THE OWNERS KNOW AND ARE TRYING TO LAY IT ON US.. EITHER WAY IT IS FRAUDULENT, UNETHICAL AND DOWNRIGHT DISHONEST.. THIS SAME COUPLE WAS INVESTIGATED BY THE STATE DISTRICT ATTY FOR THEIR BUSINESS FOR DECEPTIVE PRACTICES AGAINST CONSUMERS, A BUSINESS THAT HAS SINCE CLOSED.. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.. DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE OR FROM THEM.. PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.. IF YOU DO, TAKE PICS OF EVERYTHING, BUY THE INSURANCE, HOPE THEY WILL NOT DO THE SAME TO YOU.. THEY RUINED AN OTHERWISE NICE TRIP AND WE WILL HAVE TO BE EXTRA CAREFUL RENTING A PRIVATE HOUSE THROUGH ANY WEBSITE..OTHERWISE DOCUMENTED HERE ARE MANY SINKS/FAUCETS DAMAGED ALREADY, MULTIPLE DINGS/SCRATCHES IN THE WALLS/PAINT (DIDN’T MENTION ABOVE), BROKEN/NON FUNCTIONAL DISHWASHER), ICE MACHINE NOT READILY PRODUCING ICE (PROBABLY BROKEN), BROKEN LIGHT SWITCH IN FAMILY RM, NO WASHER AND DRYER, AND VERY DISHONEST COUPLE WHO ARE NOT AFRAID TO COMMIT INSURANCE FRAUD.. SO GOOD LUCK/ENJOY!!

Owners and caretaker great to work with

The property is beautiful and secluded. Quiet. The pool and jacuzzi are wonderful as are the yards and fountains. The owner was very attentive, texting frequently to be sure we were enjoying our stay. We will be back.

We were evacuated from our mountain home in South Lake Tahoe due to fire danger. I found this listing on VRBO late at night and saw that it was pet friendly and looked to have an nice pool, perfect...booked it. The owner was so very kind and accommodating to my family with check in and last minute accommodations. To my surprise the home was even more amazing than in the photos. Thee outdoor living area was perfect for my family, my friends and my dogs to relax under very stressful circumstances. The home well supplied and the on site staff were very kind and supportive. The grounds were spacious with two outdoor living areas and the peacefulness of the ranch. I would highly recommend this wonderful retreat to enjoy a quiet little piece of heaven. I will definitely return again and this time for a real vacation and not an evacuation vacation. Thank you Blanco family!
