Great location (beside Vanderbilt… Hillsboro Village area) within walking distance of great food places! It was adorable. The property manager was so attentive and helpful. Only drawback is there is no assigned parking. We would definitely stay there again!

There is no parking available nearby. This would not be a good location for anyone with mobility limitations. The on-site, visitor spots I found were all for compact cars. On-street parking requires a permit, possibly from the City of Nashville. The only other parking option, across the street, was limited to 2 hours between 8am and 4pm.

I stayed in this super clean, new apartment during my dad’s ICU stay. Full size kitchen w all the things you need to make a meal. Comfy, quiet bedroom w blackout blinds. Full size W/D with detergent. Good water pressure in the shower and travel toiletries provided (so thoughtful). Shops and restaurants a few short blocks away. There is a bit of a staircase to the front door to be aware of (if you overpack your suitcase like me). Fantastic fast replies from owner/Vacasa. I will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

The walls had a few scuff marks not a big deal but it’s obvious there’s not much attention to detail. There was crumbs in the pull out couch when we opened it. The shower drains slow and the floors were a little sus. The apartment is really nice other than those things, it’s close to most things people want to do in Nashville. FYI, before you book this property do not allow for late check outs so make sure your ready to go by 10am.
