This newly remodeled condo is the ultimate modern mountain retreat! Featuring 3 spacious Bedrooms and 3 Baths, you and your guests will have plenty of room to relax after a day on the slopes! Ideally located at the base of the Canyons Ski area and within walking distance to Frostwood Gondola. Free door-to-door Canyon's Village shuttle service is provided during the ski season to take you to Village restaurants, shops, and other Resort lifts.
After a day playing in the best snow on earth, enjoy a drink on the spacious private deck while marveling at the views of Canyons Ski Resort. Enjoy dinner in by the fire or call the Canyons Village Shuttle to take you to and from the Waldorf Astoria, Edge Steakhouse, or Drafts Burger Bar.

The main level has new flooring, 20' high ceilings, and breathtaking views of the Canyons Ski Area. The living room features leather sofas, a cozy fireplace, and a new flat screen TV with Xfinity, HBO, HBO Max, and Netflix.
The lower level has two bedrooms (each with new linens), luxury king & queen beds, two bathrooms with heated floors, and flat screen TVs. Enjoy the convenience of a Washer/Dryer also located on this level.
The loft has a new luxury queen mattress and access to full bath on the main floor.
The community has a year-round hot tub and dry sauna.
The Condo is nestled in the heart of the Canyons Resort Village, adjacent to the Canyons Golf Course. Enjoy a view of the community pond from the private deck or take a stroll along one of the many paths and trails in the village. Truly an outdoor enthusiast's playground, some of the best mountain biking in the country lies in the hills just behind the unit.

The condo was perfect for my family’s stay in Canyons Village/Park City. The three bedrooms were spacious and provided ample room for our family of five. The kitchen and common area on the second floor were great for hanging out before and after skiing. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and stocked with staples so we really didn’t need to bring anything of our own. And Kristin sent us tons of helpful information ahead of time so we were ready to go once we got there (and left a binder of information for us to reference during our stay). Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Kristin’s place. Plenty of room for the 4 of us (2 friends and sons). The condo was nicely renovated and clean. Sleeping arrangements worked out great for our group. Only nit was the temperature differences between the loft and lower levels were very different which made sleeping in the loft a bit warm and the lower level a bit cold. The on demand shuttle to canyons was super convenient, hot tub was great, and communication with Kristin was seamless. We appreciated the coffee and chocolate too! Would definitely recommend and go back again!

Nice job on the recent remodel. We enjoyed the main floor -- plenty of room for our family of four. Six adults would be comfortable. Be aware that the closets in the master, hallway and loft have been locked out for the owners, so the master and second bedroom have to share a closet in the second bedroom which is cramped by an oddly placed armoire. The loft can access a closet down a flight of stairs on a landing. Also, there are no washcloths or hairdryer and only one box of tissues in the entire unit. The walk to/from the Frostwood lift was a nice nature trail experience, and the walk from the Cabriolet lift was not much further (we had to do that one day when we ate dinner up at the base after skiing and missed the 5:30pm closing time of Frostwood). Overall, a nicely redone unit and a good value. We had a very nice vacation~
