The resort is well equipped for families with all the outdoor activities. However, the check-in process was hours long because of lines out the door. Our VRBO hosts straight out lied to us about the outdoor pool being open, and only one very small hot tub was working. Our hosts also lied to us about a one-bedroom unit with a balcony. We ended up with a studio unit with no patio/balcony.
