The house is in a very nice neighborhood. Plenty of room for our family. Plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee and condiments. We loved the e-bikes and the outside space was almost perfect. I do not know how they can fix the issue with the pigeons. The pigeon poop was everywhere!! It happened to rain one night and all the pigeon poop from the roof was now on the outside table and chairs and the outside bar area, and in the pool and in the hot tub. It really was gross. I wish I had known this was going to be an issue. We came from Iowa wanting to relax by the pool and lay in the sun. Everyday you had to clean up the pigeon droppings. I was on vacation and we had to clean all the furniture before we could enjoy the outside space.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! We were especially excited to find it located close to grocery and restaurants. The kitchen was spacious and had almost anything you could need other than there were no storage containers for leftovers. The master bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. A downfall would be there's no master closet, we used a closet in a spare room. There is a great built-in gas grill and fire pit. There is a big picnic table, but we couldn't use it because there was a lot of pigeon poop on the table, chairs and cement. We had one issue at the beginning of the stay, but it was addressed by Reuben. Overall, this is a great home!

This house was perfect for our family. We were in Phoenix for a wedding with our adult children and their spouses. The photos on the site are accurate and the house is impeccably maintained.Our stay was during the winter and our friends had advised us that it can get pretty chilly there. That being said, one of the main considerations to choosing a home to rent was that it must have a hot tub and or a heated pool so that we could be outside enjoying the fresh air with a nice soak in the hot tub. We passed on MANY other rentals that did not provide this amenity and ultimately decided to rent this particular home.If you are thinking about renting this beautiful home, please be aware that the “hot tub” that you are paying for, is only heated at the owner’s discretion. You cannot just decide spur of the moment that you would like to soak in the hot tub on a cold winters day/ evening in Phoenix unless you reach out to the owner to turn it on, which was not mentioned anywhere in the agreement. This was the only downfall to renting this home as we did not appreciate needing to “ask permission” to use the hot tub outside of the 4 hours in the evening that he scheduled for us to use it. A timeframe which was typically when we would be out to dinner with our family.
