This was a wonderful 3 bedroom home situated in a great neighborhood close to the University of Tampa. We were a family ranging from 93-21 visiting for our daughter’s graduation. The house was very clean, in a safe neighborhood with a lovely little back yard. The communication with the hosts and the rental company were spot on and all questions were answered in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Everything was just fine. Place is clean and in a great location. One drawback is 4 TVs, 8 remotes, 0 possibilities of getting a single thing to watch (game day). Passwords didn’t work, when it did connect, connection was too slow to actually play the game. If you’re going to rent the place, bite the bullet and get cable.
