We really enjoyed our stay here. There are quirks but that’s expected for a house built in 1850. We loved the space and the area. We were able to walk to get pizza and coffee. Checking in and out was easy. To price was incredible for an entire house that was pet friendly. We hope to stay here again soon!

Very neat 1800’s home with updated kitchen and appliances, very nice fenced backyard, patio with a little fire pit and gas grill. Unfortunately the weather was quite cold and snowy, but it would be great on a nice day Glad it was pet friendly enjoyed having our dog with us felt comfortable walking on the streets of Nelsonville with her The house was neat and clean and supplied with plenty towels and kitchen utensils Convenient location for visiting all that Hocking Hills has to offer if you enjoy nature and the outdoors

Host was welcoming. Check in and out was very quick. House is comfortable and was what we needed.

Location to Nelsonville and Hocking College is excellent. They allow pets, which is a major plus. We have stayed here twice so obviously we are okay with the negatives. You will need to bring your own soap and coffee (there is a coffee maker). Backyard is convenient for a dog but note there are a couple of escape routes so you have to watch them. The backyard could be a paradise with a little yard maintenance. Screen door arm has been hanging for over a year. Finally, there are a number of lights that don’t work or have burnt bulbs, including front porch.
