A 1 bedroom 1 bath cottage that comfortably sleeps 6 guests . Conveniently located in central Sarasota, in the quaint Amish community of Pinecraft, a short drive to beaches & downtown! A produce market, restaurants, pizza & ice cream shop within walking distance!

Cottage has a full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom & living room with a pull-out couch that sleeps 2 and blow up mattress. Equipped with kitchenware, coffee maker, towels, hair dryer & an iron. Beach towels and beach chairs also available!

The cottage is fully furnished with kitchenware, coffee maker, bedding, towels, hair dryer, iron and appliances. For guest traveling with an infant, a highchair, pack-n-play and baby bath are available upon request.

As common with rental homes, the cottage is self service. One towel per person per stay is provided. There is on-site shared laundry, should you wish to wash any linens during your stay.

Guest access
The cottage stands alone and has two entrance doors from the outside. There is parking for 1 car on the right side of the driveway in front of the cottage.

Other things to note
There are no pets allowed.

There is no smoking allowed on the property.
Guest access
Guests are to only have one car parked in the driveway - please note that we will have to have the car moved if it is blocking any other entrances. We want all of our guests to have access to their casa's and have a comfortable time.

You are welcome to park other cars on the street which has ample parking.
Other things to note
This unit is quintessential "olde Sarasota". You are staying in a sweet Mennonite neighborhood. We want everyone to have fun but if you are looking to host a loud party this is not the place for you. We ask that all of our guests be respectful of the nature of the neighborhood.
