Beautiful Remodeled one bedroom condo with new stainless steel appliances and furniture that include a new king size bed with memory mattress, a queen size sleep sofa, two smart TVs with internet stream channels. Free high speed WiFi and Parking. Located in the community of the Fairways River Oaks, within the area of the River Oaks Golf Course and International World Tour Golf Link. It's a quiet and clean area and minutes drive to the beach, convention center and Broadway.

Apartment was clean but minimal accommodations. If you plan on doing any cooking, this might not be the place for you. There were like 4 forks, no bowls big enough to mix pancake batter or salad. We asked for sheets for the pull out couch and the owner brought a fitted sheet, a thin blanket and a pillow with no pillowcase - not even a full set of sheets. Overall though it was fine for what we needed though.
