This is a terrific property in an excellent location for anything that you might want or need to do in and around Evanston or Northwestern. It is also very convenient when you want to go into the city as train access is very close by. The property is very clean and comfortable for a family and you can rest assured that the property manager is going to be quick and responsive with whatever you need before or during your trip. I would highly recommend this property for your stay.

We all grew up in Evanston, so all of us had a mini e-town reunion.

This property worked out so well for our family of six. We stayed a week and ate some meals in and also prepared food to take to our extended family for Thanksgiving. It was well-equipped and it was very nice to have a washer and dryer en suite. We will definitely stay here again. Also the property manager responded very quickly to our inquiries when we booked the VRBO.

The host was super responsive to any and all questions we had - before and during our visit. It was the perfect set-up for our visit to NU to see our son. Location was good, condo was clean and the layout worked great for our group.

For our family of 6, this was a great location. We were within walking distance to downtown Evanston with many good places to eat and a Target. And the drive to Chicago sites was lovely as we had to pass along the lake every morning and evening. The hosts were very easy to work with and very organized. When the building encountered a power outage late one night - they were very good at communicating with us even though it was after midnight. The condo was very clean. Plenty of beds, linens and such for our family. The towels and bedding were good quality and plentiful. Kitchen was well stocked with adequate pans, plates, etc. for any food prep we needed (e.g., coffee filters). I am glad that there was onsite parking. My one caution is that while large SUVs like our Suburban can fit in the garage - parking it within the designated spot was always an exercise of patience and caution. It is up against a pillar and the spots are not very wide. So if you have a large SUV, be prepared for lots of maneuvering to get it into the space. Overall - my family was quite pleased with the location and would rebook at this location if we returned for another Chicago vacation.

We stayed at this property over Thanksgiving with our family of four and my parents. The condo was the perfect size for the six of us and was in walking distance of shops. The beds were comfortable, the pantry had needed items, and the building was easy to access with a heated parking garage. There were lots of towels and the bathrooms were clean. The hosts were very quick to respond to all our questions, which was very helpful. We hope to stay again soon - thank you!

We stayed here for three nights during a family get-away before my children headed off to college. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was like a home away from home. Everything we needed was provided, everything was spotlessly clean and well stocked, parking was super convenient and safe, and the location was perfect!! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Unity of Evanston was perfect for our family of 7. My teenagers stayed in the room with the bunk beds and the rollaway bed was a plus. We didnt need to buy shampoo or soap as the unit was stocked with essentials. It was a short walking distance to downtown, northwestern university and the CTA. The air conditioning was a plus as the weather reached mid 80's. The pool was a little small for our liking but convenient to have. Five stars for the Property Managers prompt response! From day 1, It was an easy check in and Mihyun was always responsive, when i had questions she answered in a timely manner. I will recommend this place to my family and friends who will be visiting my son when in college.

I was visiting from out of state with a group of girls for a Grad school event. The location was ideal- literally mins from downtown Evanston and mins from Northwestern Campus! The apartment was spacious and had a wonderful view. We spent a majority of our time gathered in the living room and there was ample seating and super comfortable. The bathrooms were super-clean (which is really important to me) and there is even a massage chair!! The property manager was also readily available when we had questions, which was really great. Totally happy with this rental and will use this one again.

Amazing place to stay!! So close to everything - a lot of which was within walking distance. Very quiet, clean, well-kept building. We loved the workout / fitness room. It moved to the 1st floor and is very spacious with great equipment. The underground parking was a huge plus for us. We plan to stay here again!! Thank you!!

From check in to check out, our experience here was perfect. My family was in town for a long weekend visiting my daughter. We love the restaurants in Evanston and even braved a snow squall to make the quick drive to downtown Chicago! The property has everything one would need for a stay. My family has stayed at this location twice while visiting our daughter at Northwestern. The check in process is great, the unit was clean and comfortable and it’s close to everything you need in Evanston. You even get your own parking spot. Much better than staying at a hotel.

We had a great and easy experience from start to finish. Such a nice building and a wonderful unit. The owner has thought of everything with the helpful rental guide, and the rental unit is extremely clean and well stocked. The pool and exercise facilities are a huge plus, as is proximity to the shops and restaurants on Davis street. L and Metra also very close. Highly recommend this property.

We were in Evanston for a wedding and this apartment was the perfect home away from home, providing everything we needed but couldn't bring. We were close to the shops and restaurants in Evanston and just a short walk to the train for trips into Chicago. Our adult children enjoyed the pool and weight room. And hanging out in the modern space and wrap-around views. With the designated parking space, there were no worries about parking. We would definitely opt to stay here again if we ever head back to Evanston.

Great location that is convenient to everything, very well equipped condo, extremely comfortable beds! Quiet, clean and convenient

We had a great time staying in Evanston. The heated parking garage made parking super fast and convenient. The check-in was easy. Both the building and the condo were very quiet. The in-unit washer and dryer was also a nice benefit. Between our Evanston adventures, the kids enjoyed relaxing and watching the included streaming services like Disney+! We hope to be back on our next trip!
