House is wonderfully clean, everything in order, newly painted.
Plenty of room , spacious , great layout, bedrooms very nice size.
Quiet neighborhood, good location to beach, stores etc.
Owners super friendly, nice and very accommodating.

I need to stay in Venice for a week for work purposes. We stayed here and it was absolutely perfect. Not only was the house comfortable and pleasant, but the host was amazing! They communicated everything and made the stay even better. When I go back to Venice again to work, I will do my best to stay at the same place!!
