This bright, beautifully decorated 3,500 sq. ft home features 9' ceilings, a 2-story living room, fully-stocked kitchen with new appliances, family room with huge sectional and 65" tv, dining room, office, mudroom, a new full bath, and new powder room. The second floor has a bridge overlooking the living room, a huge primary king bedroom with an en-suite bath plus 3 additional bedrooms with queen beds with mounted tv's and a brand new full-size hall bath.
Enjoy the expansive outdoor space which gets all day sun and is designed for a variety of activities. Whether it's lounging in the heated saltwater pool, playing with your children on the sun deck, having a memorable meal on the patio, or enjoying a game of badminton or cornhole on our beautiful lawn, this home has an abundance of space to make every moment memorable.
You'll also enjoy everything Westhampton has to offer including our popular boutiques, restaurants, and local beaches just minutes away. We're also a short drive to the Northfork Wineries and the US Open in Southampton. Minimum stay is 1 week (10 days during July 4th)
Since this is our family home, we ask that our guests respect and take care of our belongings and be mindful of our neighbors. Our guests can have visitors, they just need to be approved in advance by the host.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful spacious home. George was extremely attentive and accommodating. The decor is incredibly lovely both inside and outside. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of cooking and serving supplies. The outdoor/pool area is charming and very well kept. They also provided beach chairs and other amenities (cornhole etc). A truly relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

Staying here was like staying in a luxury hotel. Everything about this experience was wonderful. The house is even more beautiful in person than in photos on the listing. Beautifully decorated with huge windows everywhere with tons of light. Lots of different areas in the house which allowed for all of us to get together in one area, or split up if someone needed some space by themselves. Well-equipped and beautiful kitchen. Very comfortable room off of the kitchen with large sectional sofa and tv for group viewings. Bedrooms were all comparable sizes, so everyone had a room that was as nice as all the others. The huge primary bedroom with en suite was truly luxurious. Fantastic pool that got sunlight all day long. And finally, the home owner was a joy to work with. All communication, both before and during our stay, was great. Special welcoming touches made for a wonderful week. Truly, I can’t say enough good things about this rental experience. Great location near shops, restaurants, beaches. I would highly recommend this house and the home owner.

We stayed at George’s house as part of a family trip out for a baseball tournament. The house is in great condition, the kids loved the pool (heated with new liner), and George was very responsive and easy to deal with. Definitely recommend! The house is near the Long Island Railroad, though we did not find that to be an issue during our stay.
