There were only a couple of small issues. The two metal chairs on the porch that are really rusty and the beach umbrella is shot. Also I would consider a new couch.

There was a musty smell and the ceiling had, what appeared to look like black mole, on it in the bedroom and there was a large amount. I took pictures and sent to Vacasa but no response.
The smell was quite distinct.
