Welcome to the "Manor" @ Farm Road Estate - a stunning modern farmhouse. Our premier luxury home is situated on 32 picturesque acres overlooking our Swim pond. This 3,000 sf home features an open concept floor plan with Viking custom cook’s kitchen, 5 bedrooms (2 primary suites), 3.5 bathrooms, 3 fireplaces, and a sunroom. This exceptional property has a brand new 10 person Hot Tub, 2 ponds (1 swimming / 1 fishing ), close to VAST and hiking trails, a swimming pool (seasonal), private hiking trails, 3 mi to Mount Snow Ski and 1/2 mi to golf.
The space
The Manor is part of a boutique historic country property named Farm Road Estate. Farm Road Estate sits on 32 picturesque acres featuring a swim pond, fishing pond, swimming pool, multiple fire pits, private hiking trails, expansive lawns, a bucolic walking trail (featuring a small orchard, abundant white birches and holiday trees), riverfront access to the amazing Deerfield Valley River, and a large Gazebo. We're a short walk to various bars and restaurants, the Moover bus, a 7 min drive to Mount Snow, 3 min drive to Mount Snow golf, and 20 min drive to Stratton.

All Farm Road Estate guests will have access to our modern great room with soaring ceilings and exposed beams, oversized couches, and large fireplace. On-Site restaurant- Sawmill Bar & Table serves elevated farm to table fare, signature cocktails along with local craft beer and fine wines.
Farm Road Estate is a perfect four-season setting for nightly getaways, group gatherings, family reunions, corporate retreats, workshops, and weddings.

Clean and expansive -- This incredible 5 bedroom home can sleep up to 12 people. Please note that this is a whole house rental and the rate is valid for up to 12 guests (includes children). Event and/or wedding inquiries should be sent through our website. Farmroadestate com

The entire home including garage is yours during your stay. We have a wide driveway with plenty of parking for up to 10 cars.
Our property manager lives near by and available 24/7 if you need anything.

Wood dining table accommodates 10 comfortably. Additionally, there is a folding table inside the garage that can be used as an extension. We have 12 dining chairs and 3 bar stools.
BATHROOMS
- Large offering of toiletries, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, Qtips, body lotion, hair dryers, etc.
- Large load washer/dryer and laundry detergent for your use
BEDROOMS
- there is one iron and ironing board in the home for your use
- plenty of extra blankets, pillows and sheets
Our house is suitable for kids and infants. We have pack-n-play, high chair, baby plates, and various toys.

Other things to note
Each reservation has a unique code to open front door electronic lock. You will not need keys to enter or leave the house.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house. If you smoke outside, please clean up all butts and ash. Thank you!
We want you to have fun and we hope you enjoy Vermont as much as we do! That being said, there will be absolutely no events or parties without prior consent. In the event of any issues, our House Manager will give ONE warning. If no resolution is reached he has full authority to end your stay with no refund immediately upon discovering unauthorized behavior.

The Manor is a 7 minute drive ( 3 miles) to Mt Snow! We are on the route of the MOOver bus, which is the public transport to the mountain ski lift! Close to a boating lake, several waterfalls, and countless hiking trails! Come and enjoy what Vermont has to offer!
Other Things to Note:
Additional house rules-
No unregistered guests allowed on our property unless previously agreed to in writing *12 guests MAX- You must be 25 or older to rent the home unless specific permission is granted; a photo ID is required before arrival. Owners require a full list of guest names and refuse rental to any individual or group. It is a crime to obtain this rental property under false pretenses. The use of premises shall not be such as to disturb or offend neighbors. Owners reserve the right to terminate this agreement and ask disruptive guests to vacate the premises with no refund. Rental rates and specials may change, but you agree to be bound by the rates in effect at the time of reserving the home. *Please do not move furniture, remove artwork from the walls, or otherwise change the property while staying. Additionally, we understand certain groups may be celebrating birthdays or other occasions-- please be respectful with the decorations you use. Strong adhesives and tack/nail holes can be considered "damage" if excessive or unfixable. *Check in after 4PM ( some flexibility possible depending on dates)*Check out 11 AM ( some flexibility possible depending on dates) *Upon checkout, please leave house as close to how you found it as possible and leave all used linens and towels by the laundry room, ensure lights, electronics and stove/oven are off and lock all windows and doors behind you *ABSOLUTELY NO EVENTS ALLOWED - You must contact us first for Elopements / Events / Bachelor / Bachelorette Parties *Quiet hours 10PM - 7AM *THIS HOME IS NOT PET FRIENDLY

Our stay at the Manor House was for a family getaway with 3 generations. We had a wonderful time fishing, swimming and just hanging on the beautiful deck overlooking the property. The house was exactly as depicted in the listing. Very spacious, clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen was stocked with many of the little things we needed. I highly recommend this property for a large group and hope that we can return again, perhaps in the winter for a ski vacation since it is located so close to Mt Snow. Great time!!

The Manor at Farm Road Estates in West Dover, Vt is beautiful. My family and I spent a wonderful vacation there…..so much to do right on the property. We all….ages 3 to 73….had so much fun!

The house is located on a picturesque estate in a quaint Vermont town. The house has many amenities for summer fun, great bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and hosts that made everything very easy to access. We were impressed with the thoughtful baskets from the owners, and the porch was huge and perfect for dining, hanging out, and relaxing.

This house is absolutely beautiful and the amenities are very well thought out. The space is both sunny and bright in the daytime and warm & inviting by two hearths at night. The host is very attentive and communicative. The property and estate grounds provide for serene surroundings; and top notch food & drinks are found at restaurant/bar on site. Walk to Valley Trail for easy stroll into town for additional restaurant and entertainment options. Our stay was fabulous. We had everything we needed and more.
