This brand new +2400 square foot home with a large backyard will easily accommodate your next game-day watch party, company retreat, or intimate wedding. With a prime location in Dallas yet a secluded neighborhood feel, this home gives you everything you need for a perfect getaway
Three House rules-
1. No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.
2. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).
3. First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM

It was a great house!! It looks just like the pictures!! It was very clean and well stocked just about Everything we needed. Overall it was a great stay in the accommodations were great. And the communication between the owner and me were great as well!! The only issue I would have is the neighborhood is kind of sketchy but other than that accommodations were great
