Apartment is only few minutes walking from old town beach Monte where you can enjoy in a stunning view to Rovinj islands and part of the old city. Piazzetta bar is next door where guste can enjoy drinking cotaili as well as having a breakfast wich is only, a lot of restaurants within 100m.
