About this house rental
Nice pool and backyard with Mountain Views. Newly remodeled and furnished with new appliances. Comfortable sofas, gas and charcoal grills. Minutes away from Palm Springs downtown and casinos. Ping pong table available in garage.
Pool can be heated for extra charge of $125.00 a day which is set to 86 degrees. Host needs to be notified at least 24 hours in advance in order to heat the pool. Minimum two nights required for pool heating.
Jacuzzi/spa heating is complimentary, it is set to 96-98degrees.
City of Palm Springs rules, No music or loud noise is allowed outside at anytime.

Yes everything was great, beautiful comfortable home. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Easily accessible to downtown, stores, sites and restaurants. Arshak was prompt in responding, pleasant and professional. Gave recommendations for the area. All around a great time. Hot tub was nice. Yard was private
