Book your next getaway at this newly remodeled, second-floor condo, located near the front of the complex, a short walk around the corner to the shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area. It has an open floor plan, accommodating and intimate for a couple and a fish theme décor carried throughout. The living room is comprised of an overstuffed sofa with a chaise which converts to a sleeper sofa, made for relaxing and watching movies or sports on the wall-mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Try out your culinary skills in the kitchen, furnished with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, a duo Keurig coffee maker for both drip and pods, a pantry, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Savor your meals at the modern dining table with seating for four and additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony and catch glimpses of ships passing through the bay channel while taking in the Bay breeze. For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a hall closet accessible by both the kitchen and master bathroom. Take in the master suite which has a King-size bed, nightstands, closet, accent chair, and wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom has a large vanity area with a sink and tub/shower. Use the pass-through to access the laundry area. This place was decorated so cute! It was clean, easy check in and check out. There is a great sized pool and a washer and dryer in the unit which is always a bonus. They do have the option to get a golf cart with your rental too! There was only one issue we had and it was with the people below us. This is a pet friendly condo so please keep that in mind. Unfortunately we had people below us with 2 or 3 smaller dogs that started barking at 7am and barked all day. We did alert property management, who was quick to respond and did let the other people know that not only us, but several others had complained of the barking dogs. Unfortunately the problem was not resolved and they barked the entire weekend. Very few times did we not hear them. It made some of our stay unpleasant. The property management did advise us to call the non emergency number and the people would get issued a noice citation, but we didn’t even bother. I would feel that it’s the property management’s responsibility to make sure all guests are pleased, especially for the money we all spend to stay and enjoy our weekend/vacation. Overall the condo was nice, clean, great location and I would stay here again. I would probably ask if we will be around pets next time. (We have a dog that we did not bring, so yes we love pets, but if you travel with pets keep them under control and be respectful of others around you.)

We had a wonderful memorial day weekend! For the last 3 years we always come to Port A for memorial day and this was one of the best locations we have stayed in! Will definitely book here again in the future if available.

It was a very comfortable place to stay with all the facilities. Quiet during the week without many people. I would recommend staying at this property.
