About this resort
We are able to offer weekly reservations with check in on Friday, Saturday and Sundays only. Om Villas offers the largest selection of villas at the Westin St. John at great rates!
The Main Pool and whirlpool spa will be closed for refurbishment from Aug. 18, 2026 through Nov. 20, 2026. During this time, the beach and food and beverage service will remain open. This work will be executed from Monday through Saturday each week and we anticipate some noise between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

The resort check-in process begins at 4PM. The resort cannot guarantee access to your villa before 4PM. Should your villa not be ready at 4PM, the front office staff will store your luggage and you may enjoy the resort's amenities until your villa is ready.
The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. The VRBO calendar helps provide availability and estimated price quote. Always inquire with the agent and do not reserve airfare until your confirmation has been received. Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not OM Villas. Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of OM Villas. Note that the images are representative of this villa and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. A specific view category must be addressed with rental agent. OM Villas reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as OM Villas is not responsible for villa placement. Please be advised that if a non-domestic credit card is used to reserve a vacation rental, additional fees may be incurred. All details are accurate to the best of our knowledge. The unit was great. Clean, large with a bathroom for each bedroom. Convenient location and a lovely little view of the bay. We really enjoyed our stay at this property.

This spacious villa was an ideal vacation home for our family, offering all the conveniences of staying at a resort within the privacy of our own villa. The resort is conveniently located near the ferry dock as well as Cruz Bay dining and shopping area.
We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to St. John.

We had an incredible time at the Westin, 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath with pool and hot tub. Was surprised how much we enjoyed having the pool and hot tub--we used it almost every evening. Short walk to pool and beach. Bedrooms and bathrooms spacious. What we appreciate the most is being able to cook in for breakfast and an occasional dinner plus all the amenities of the Westin. We had a little snafu due to the owner of the property selling his unit, but Lena Scott of OM management company jumped through hoops to make it right. A stressful couple of days the week before we travelled but it turned out perfectly thanks to Lena. We would definitely book through her again.
