Our third year renting this house for a reunion, it’s been fantastic every time! Great location, great communication, clean and comfortable!We were a little disappointed that the outdoor shower was out of commission this trip, but host was communicative and apologetic and I am confident

My family loved this house for a quick getaway. Nice location near Orleans and not too far from Wellfleet and Provincetown. Nice landscaping and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the hot tub. The owner was friendly and responsive. We didn’t have time to borrow the bikes or kayaks, but maybe next time. About a 10 minute walk to Campground Beach, which has nice swimming and warm water.

House had great space so everyone didn’t feel on top of each other. Private back yard was a great place for morning breakfast, after beach regrouping, dinner gatherings & late night conversation.

My wife, triplet boys and visiting parents stayed here over the course of a week. This property is amazing and so very very relaxing. Close enough to everything you could want to do on the Cape. House was immaculate and the yard was so very nice. We will definitely be coming back to the Oasis by the bay.
