Located in The Residences Bachelor Gulch, a private residence club in the gated Bachelor Gulch village adjacent to the Ritz Carlton Hotel, and part of the Beaver Creek ski area (formerly Timbers Bachelor Gulch). Up to SIX SKI PASSES included covering your stay. This amazing ski-in ski-out facility offers the most luxurious amenities with some of the best slopeside facilities with ski valet that you can get anywhere in North America, with on-mountain ski access to all of Beaver Creek and Arrowhead resorts (village-to-village skiing). 24-hour security, professional concierge, bell and ski-valet services, daily housekeeping. Access to full spa facilities including pool, managed by the neighboring Ritz Carlton hotel, await you after your ski day. Ski lift is within 100 yards of the in-house, professionally managed ski valet service (rentals, demos, tuning and more managed by Venture Sports). Fully equipped kitchen and direct indoor access to all Ritz Carlton restaurants and bars. Complimentary transportation within the Beaver Creek resort and to nearby Vail and Edwards. Apartment (approx 1800 sq ft) is on a high floor with mountain/slopeside views. 2 bedrooms and sleep sofa - roll-aways available, kitchen with luxury appliances, dining and lounge areas (cable TV and wifi), outdoor patio areas with gas grills, large gas firepit and hot tubs, Games room and gym. Max persons - 6. Rented by owner. Resort amenities fee of $60/day charged on site. Valet parking for one vehicle included. Sadly only dates currently available are March 21 - 28, 2026! Very rarely offered for rental as we adore this 'Happy Place'!

We had a Great time at this Timbers property. The location can not be beat!. The residence was immaculate, new appliances, and spotless. The guys in the ski shop are the best, even help put your boots on and off, and have your skis ready outside every morning. All the concierges are very attentive and helpful with reservations, etc. David was a pleasure to work with, he even gave me his cell number just in case I needed anything. I hope to rent this property again!,

We rented this property just for a short visit during Ski Season and we were BLOWN away with this unit! The owner was SO accommodating, working with us on check-in, and we immediately had contact from the Concierge on anything we might need. The views are INCREDIBLE and the most convenient location in all of Bachelor Gulch...you cannot get closer to the lifts, restaurants at the Ritz, pool, hot-tub, etc. I HIGHLY recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!
