Beautifull property! Pool, bed, AC, and amenities were awesome!
Communication with Vacasa was not great and made it difficult to enter the property.

Pros: Very close to shopping, golf, and restaurants in Palm Desert. Great for walking to coffee and going out to eat. The kitchen was nice.
Cons: The property is fairly strict in that you're not allowed to move the temperature above or below 76 degrees whether it's Winter or Summer. We had to fix the kitchen faucet knob because the knob kept falling off. You're also not allowed to smoke outside the property. We like to smoke cigars but couldn't. They ask that when you leave the property, you must clean and wipe down counters like we should be the one cleaning and preparing for the next guests? In the master bedroom, we found a dead roach and cigar wrappers behind the bed. The TV in the living room and Ruku didn't work. We had to switch off the Ruku in one of the bedrooms with the living room to make it work. Parking rules were confusing. Initially were were told we'd have one covered parking and one non-covered parking but once we got there, we found out it was first come first served.
